The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a tasty and diverse selection. The design of the hotel was modern and cool, with a rooftop pool and specialty coffee corner that I really enjoyed. Despite a few minor issues, such as a broken door and a lack of light in the bathroom, the hotel staff promptly addressed these concerns.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby/restaurant had a great fresh and cosy atmosphere, and the receptionist was friendly and offered us a free upgrade. We were really surprised to find a New Year's gift of champagne and grapes in our room. The room itself was spacious with a large bed, bathroom, and some extra room to relax. The rooftop terrace was really good, offering a beautiful view and a delicious vegan burger and cocktail. The staff were excellent, especially Andrea Palau were pretty good to assist us with our travel bookings. The location was ideal, close to the Royal Palace and the Pricipé Pio station.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and it was quite luxurious. The location was great, really close to the subway station and the royal palace. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable king-sized bed and all the necessary amenities like heating and air conditioning. The hotel also had a rooftop pool and terrace which looked amazing, even though it wasn't open during my visit. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this place.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Principe Pio station, making it easy to access the local transport. It is also right across from the royal Palace of Madrid, offering a beautiful view. The facilities are brand new and the rooms have a modern and cool design. The staff is pleasant and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The lighting in the rooms is quite dark, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
